3. Refinement. We adjust the sequencing, swap activity blocks and fix the rooming list with you.
4. Confirmation. A deposit secures the hotel blocks, the fleet and the activity slots.
5. Operation. Your dedicated tour lead runs the programme on the ground; your manager attends instead of coordinating.
