Early on, that usually means scenic drives where you never need to leave the vehicle — the road to Lake Sevan, the Garni gorge, the vineyards south of Yerevan. Later, as mobility improves, it can extend to viewpoints and cafés reachable without stairs. We plan each outing around what you can manage that week rather than a fixed itinerary, and we move things without fuss when a day does not go to plan.

Everyday Life Is Easier Here Than You Might Expect

One worry people raise about a months-long stay with limited mobility is the ordinary business of living: food, laundry, a pharmacy run. In practice this is one of the easier parts of being in Yerevan. Delivery is widely used across the city — groceries, restaurant meals, pharmacy items and laundry services can all be arranged by phone or app, usually within the hour, and most services operate in Russian as well as Armenian.

To be clear about what we do and do not do: we are not a home-help or care service, and we do not run your shopping or laundry. What we can do is point you to the services people actually use and help you set them up when you arrive, so that within a few days you are ordering what you need yourself without anyone's help.
