• Visa duration. We apply for a tourist visa valid for a maximum of 14 days.
• Permitted purpose. Tourism only.

How It Works

1. Secure your private tours (minimum booking required). To qualify for our visa support, travellers must book a minimum of 3 private tours with us. A 20% advance deposit is required to secure your itinerary and initiate the visa process.
2. Submit your documents. Send our visa team your travel and identification documents (see the checklist below) so we can compile your application.
3. Application & preparation. Within 2 working days of receiving your documents, our visa specialists prepare your official paperwork and submit it to the Armenian MFA on your behalf.
4. MFA review & decision. After submission, we await the MFA's decision, which typically takes 3 to 7 days. We notify you immediately once a decision is made, and can provide a valid, unique tracking code so you can check your application status yourself.

Required Documents Checklist

To apply for your visa and secure MFA approval, we require the following from each traveller:

• Tour details. Confirmed dates and the names of your selected Aranor Travel tours.
• Flight tickets. Issued tickets or a confirmed flight booking.
• Accommodation. A confirmed hotel reservation for your stay in Armenia.
• Passport. A clear scan of your valid passport.
• Residence permit. A scan of your residence permit or card (if applicable based on your current country of residence).
• Application form. A fully completed visa application form (provided by our team).
• Additional documents (if requested). The MFA may occasionally require further documentation, such as bank statements or other financial documents, to finalise their decision. We will notify you if this is needed.

• Who is eligible for this visa support service? This service is exclusively available for Aranor Travel clients who have booked at least three of our premium private tours and paid the 20% deposit. We do not provide standalone visa support or invitations without a tour booking.
• Why do I need to book tours first? As a registered inbound tour operator, we must submit your confirmed tour itinerary and deposit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as proof of your travel intent. This demonstrates to the government that your visit is for tourism purposes, supporting your visa application.
• Can I use this visa for business or work? No. The visa and invitation obtained through our service strictly support tourism only.
• How long does the visa process take? Document preparation takes a maximum of 2 working days, and the MFA's decision typically takes 3 to 7 days after submission — though exceptions may apply if the MFA requires additional verification.
• How much does the visa support cost? Our agency preparation fee is 10,000 AMD per person, plus the government fee: 5,000 AMD for a standard visa or 3,000 AMD for an e-visa where applicable.
• What happens if my trip is cancelled or the visa is denied? Government visa fees (3,000 or 5,000 AMD) and our agency preparation fee (10,000 AMD) cover the administrative processing. Once the application has been submitted to the MFA, these fees are non-refundable regardless of the MFA's final decision or changes to your travel plans.
• How long is the visa valid, and for what purpose? We apply for a tourist visa valid for a maximum of 14 days, for the purpose of tourism only.
