• When do the flights take place? Flights run year-round, in both summer and winter, as long as the temperature is between −20 °C and +40 °C and wind speed is under 5 m/s. The whole program takes about 4–5 hours, with lift-off 1–2 hours after sunrise.
• How do we get to the launch site? You don't need to arrange any transport — the package includes comfortable two-way transfers. Our team picks you up directly from your accommodation in Yerevan and drives you to the Garni take-off area.
• Can we capture the proposal on camera? Yes. The entire flight is filmed with high-quality GoPro and Insta360 cameras, and the footage and photos are handed to you afterwards, so your special moment is captured perfectly.
• Can the flight be cancelled because of the weather? Safety comes first, so flights may be delayed or cancelled in unfavourable weather or if wind speed exceeds 5 m/s. We reschedule to the next suitable window.
• What is the cancellation policy if our plans change? For individual bookings, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge between 7 days and 48 hours before the flight. Cancellations between 48 and 18 hours incur a 50% charge, and less than 18 hours before the flight a 100% charge.
• How can we pay? You can pay by cash, online payment, or bank transfer.
• How high will we fly? The balloon rises up to 1000 metres above the Garni landscape, giving you sweeping panoramic views to share together.
