• Can we help set up the balloon? Absolutely. Thrill-seekers can get hands-on and take part in the balloon's preparation, which takes about 30 minutes before lift-off.
• Exactly how high will we fly? You'll soar to breathtaking heights of up to 1000 metres above the stunning Garni landscape.
• What should we wear, and when do we fly? Dress comfortably for the outdoors. Flights run year-round in temperatures from −20 °C to +40 °C. We launch 1–2 hours after sunrise to catch the best winds (which must be under 5 m/s) and the most beautiful morning light.
• What happens if we need to cancel? For individual private flights, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge between 7 days and 48 hours before the flight. Cancellations between 48 and 18 hours incur a 50% charge, and less than 18 hours before a 100% charge.
• How do we pay for our adventure? Payment methods include cash, online payment, or bank transfer.
• Is it safe? Yes. Flights are run by Armenia's most experienced ballooning team, with more than 6,800 flights and 29,000 passengers since 2014, and only go ahead in safe weather with wind under 5 m/s.
